Thought-Stuff LLC is the data controller for information collected through this site. To exercise any of the rights described below, or to ask any privacy question, use the contact form and mention privacy in your note.
Forms
Contact, dispatch, and Guild waitlist forms collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, and short context about what you are building. This is used to respond to you or manage your subscription or request.
Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and stored in Cloudflare D1. IP addresses may be stored as hashes for abuse prevention. Please do not send passwords, financial information, medical information, or confidential trade secrets through public forms.
Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)
For dispatch signups and Guild waitlist requests, processing relies on your consent. You give that consent by submitting the form and can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing from a dispatch email or by using the contact form to ask for removal.
For contact and intake submissions, processing relies on legitimate interest — replying to a message you sent or managing a service request you initiated. Contact-form information is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Dispatch
Dispatch signup is capture-only until dispatch emails begin. When emails are active, unsubscribe instructions will be included with each message.
Sub-processors
Site infrastructure and form handling run on Cloudflare (Pages, D1, Turnstile). When dispatch sends begin, an email service provider will be added as a sub-processor and listed here before any send.
Retention
Submissions are kept only as long as they are useful for the request, relationship, or basic abuse review, and no longer than 24 months after the last activity tied to that submission. You can ask for your submitted information to be removed sooner via the contact form.
Your rights
You can request access to the information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and portability of information you provided. To exercise any of these, use the contact form and mention which right you are exercising. We respond within 30 days.
